For system specific issues such as disk formats you need to find a system
speciific newsgroup. A scan of my newsgroups list for msx reveals
alt.comp.msx and comp.sys.msx.

The most likely place to find somebody who knows something about MSX is
an MSX newsgroup, even if you are looking for code to run under DOS.
